Shelby Oja Named Market Manager in Calumet

CALUMET, Mich. — October 26, 2026 — IncredibleBank is pleased to announce the hiring of Shelby Oja as Market Manager of its Calumet location. Effective September 9, Oja will lead branch operations, customer relationship development, team leadership, and community engagement efforts for the Calumet market, reporting to Jamie Thyrion, Vice President of Regional Banking.

Oja joins IncredibleBank with approximately eight years of banking experience and more than 12 years of leadership and management experience. Her background includes branch operations, consumer and business banking, relationship management, financial literacy, fraud prevention, and compliance. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about employee development, coaching, and helping team members build confidence and grow professionally.

A lifelong resident of Michigan's Copper Country, Oja has deep roots in the community and a longstanding commitment to local organizations and volunteerism. She currently serves as Chair of Circle UP, formerly known as Keweenaw Young Professionals, and is involved with the Keweenaw SparkPlug committee and Canal Colors Fest planning efforts.
