Outside of the office, Todd's passion for competition and teamwork extends to the racetrack. He owns and operates a race team that competes in Super Late Model (SLM) racing events across the Midwest and southern United States. As Chief Financial Officer, Glendon helps guide the financial strategy of IncredibleBank, ensuring the organization remains well-positioned for long-term success. Sarah Napgezek serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer at IncredibleBank, where she oversees the bank's 17-branch network, Customer Experience Center, Cash Management, and Marketing teams. With extensive experience in banking leadership, strategic planning, customer relationship management, and talent development, Sarah is focused on building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational culture, and enhancing the customer experience.

Her leadership centers on removing friction from the banking journey, developing innovative products and services, and creating meaningful experiences that help customers, employees, and communities thrive.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling to support her youngest son's college basketball career, planning adventures that occasionally include the possibility of a celebrity sighting, and spending time with her two beloved doodles.

Peter Mouw serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at IncredibleBank, where he leads the bank's revenue-generating business lines and works closely with teams across business banking, mortgage lending, and wealth management. With more than 30 years of experience in banking leadership, commercial lending, business development, and relationship management, Peter is focused on building strong customer relationships, supporting businesses and communities, and driving strategic growth. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about helping businesses succeed, developing high-performing teams, and identifying opportunities that create long-term value.

Carrie Sukup serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting and Operations Officer at IncredibleBank, where she oversees the Bank's accounting, loan operations, and deposit operations functions. She is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining strong internal controls, driving operational efficiency, and supporting an exceptional experience for both customers and frontline teams.

Carrie brings more than 20 years of public accounting experience to her role. Prior to joining IncredibleBank in 2019, she provided audit, tax, and consulting services to a diverse range of financial institutions. Her experience working with banks of varying sizes and business models gives her a broad industry perspective that supports sound financial management, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Outside of the Bank, Carrie is committed to strengthening her community through volunteer leadership. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Wausau Conservatory of Music and supports the D.C. Everest Cross Country Booster Club. She enjoys using her professional expertise to help organizations that positively impact young people and the communities they serve.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, Erik is focused on identifying and managing risk in a way that supports IncredibleBank's long-term growth and success. He works closely with teams across the organization to ensure sound credit practices while helping the bank continue to grow responsibly and sustainably.

Erik brings more than 20 years of experience in credit risk management, SBA lending, and commercial banking. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he is passionate about coaching and developing teams, driving strategic initiatives, and turning plans into action that delivers results.

Outside of work, Erik is a dedicated music enthusiast who has attended more than 100 concerts and is always looking forward to the next one.
